The Buyer understands that he/she is purchasing this vehicle “as is” and agrees not to hold the Seller responsible for any problems that may arise with the vehicle after the purchase, whether or not those issues were known by either party at the time of purchase. Specifically, the Buyer also agrees that he/she is aware that the aftermarket compact disc player installed in the vehicle is not in working order at the time of purchase. The Buyer understands that the Seller is under no obligation to make repairs to this component. The Seller will include the original factory compact disc player as part of the purchase of the vehicle.
